Final Thoughts....
A real photograph only represents that moment in time when you press the shutter or touch the phone button. Once captured, the subject becomes part of the past.
Traditional camera users are now the minority, although all the main camera makers, Canon, Nikon, Fujifilm etc obviously make cameras, but their focus is changing to the needs of content creators rather than pure photographers. The vast majority of people are happy to just use a phone for taking photos/video. Any why not? branded phone cameras often feature partnerships with legendary camera makers like Leica (Xiaomi), Zeiss (Vivo), and Hasselblad (Oppo), co-engineering hardware and tuning software to enable us to capture fantastic quality photos and videos.
But what I would now like in a phone is the option to select Pro Mode with a Film Simulation Preset that mimics somthing like Kodak ColorPlus 200, with the same grain and colour. Till then I will just stick to using the Snapseed App on my phone to post process them.
And, if like me, you still like the "look" of 35mm images, just try one of my Snapseed QR Code Looks. Download the app, open a photo, click on "Scan QR look" and scan the QR code. If you like the "look" just touch Export to Save or Share - easy.
